In Summer 2011, Spay, Inc. will be changing over to a new prepaid voucher system. Currently, we give our Spay, Inc. participants a “Control Number” and they pay their animal hospital directly. We have created a new automated online system so our participants can now purchase a voucher to have their pet spayed or neutered at one of our Spay, Inc. animal hospitals. This new system will make it easier for local pet owners to choose which participating Spay, Inc. animal hospital they want to use and pay for the surgery when they have the funds available. Spay, Inc. has a network of participating animal hospitals in Northern Virginia, including Fairfax County, Loudoun County, and Prince William County. There are no income or residency restrictions – any Spay, Inc. participant can purchase a voucher for the participating animal hospital of their choice.
