Spay, Inc., a program of the SPCA of Northern Virginia, provides low-cost spay/neuter referrals for dogs and cats in Northern Virginia. We are not a veterinary clinic, but will provide you with a Control Number so you can schedule a low-cost spay/neuter at one of our participating animal hospitals or clinics.

Everyone qualifies to participate in the Spay, Inc. low-cost referral program - there are no income or residency requirements. If you don't live in the Northern Virginia area and need information about spay/neuter programs in your city or state, please click here.

To obtain a low-cost spay/neuter referral in the Northern Virginia area, simply fill out the online request form. We will answer any questions you have about the program and help you select a participating veterinary hospital or clinic in your area.

You may also contact us by email, phone, or fax. Please include your name, address, daytime and evening phone numbers, the best time to reach you, and details about your pets (breed, age, gender).

Staff are available to assist you Monday-Friday between 9am-4pm.
